Rachel Armitage
Professor of Criminology
Rachel has been a champion for many affected by The Knock for a number of years.
Her research is groundbreaking and has contributed to the creation of services to support families.
Rachel contributes to a number of working groups looking into the needs of families and supports the facilitation of both our online and face to face peer support groups.
Caroline Webster
Forensic psychologist
Caroline has over 20 years' experience working with adult men in helping them to understand their sexual behaviours, in HMPPS and community settings.
She currently works in private practice and is completing her Forensic Doctorate.
She has been a facilitator of the face to face Talking Forward groups since 2021.
Carole Doherty
Programmes facilitator
Carole has delivered accredited groupwork programmes in the probation service for 23 years.
She is Vice President of the National Association of Probation Officers and delivers training regarding workplace sexual harassment to members of the TUC.
She has facilitated the online Talking Forward peer support group since 2021.
